My Dad was referred to as Ken, he was treated with respect and dignity at all times and at no time did we, his family, feel rushed or hurried. We knew from attending one your previous funerals and a remembrance service at St Thomas More, that your service was good, but our treatment yesterday was exceptional. Hello Julie I would like to send you all my heart felt gratitude for the very moving & professional service that you arranged for my Mum Doreen Shippam yesterday. The team of smart, polite and empathetic staff, headed by Danny Mulligan yesterday, were impeccable in manners, respect, timing and the service provided during the whole proceedings. The little bundle of cards from the funeral flowers tied with a lovely ribbon was a lovely touch. Greeting us all and remembering all our names was a task in itself, but Danny coped! We all remarked whilst in the car (and again after) that we were very impressed with the company, the cars, the procession, and the people in the team. All smart, clean and slick. I know my sister Janet will be in contact separately with final payment also, but I wanted to thank you all personally from me. It was a very moving & emotional day. Dear Perry, Danny, Gemma, Dan (Dad) and all at P L Mulligans, Tracey and I wanted to thank you for the all the help and support you provided us in respect of the funeral arrangements for Reece Burrowes. From the minute we walked through the door and met with Gemma we knew this would be the place where we wanted Reece to be looked after. We were so impressed with the way Gemma talked about Reece as if he was still with us, which of course he was, and also spared us some of the more technical details that we were not ready for at that stage. She was friendly, understanding and supportive when we needed it most. Later on in our many visits we got to meet Dan (or Dad as I wrongly thought Gemma was calling him!) and again we met someone that was sensitive to our needs and someone we had no doubt we could trust with the safe guarding of Reece. On the day of the funeral both the cars and the drivers looked immaculate. We were all so impressed with the professionalism and respect they showed and the way they conducted themselves throughout the day was exemplary. Thank you so much to all the staff at Mulligans, we cannot recommend you highly enough or thank you enough for your professionalism, sensitivity, understanding and support when we needed it most. Danny, Jade & All, Just a few words to thank you all for making a very difficult day a awful lot easier by caring and professional way everything was carried out. The flower on the car looked amazing and walking all the way to the crematorium was very unexpected, but very respectful and caring, everyone commented how nice that was. At the crematorium all your staff showed how professional they were and showed a lot of care. The finishing touches were again unexpected and very touching, I mean the way they took a flower from each display and made a posy for my daughter Tracey and one for myself. Then to top off a very professional service they collected all the cards and presented them to me all tied up in a ribbon. It shows how much compassion your staff has for its customers. Dear Danny I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and your staff for helping make mum's funeral arrangements and funeral proceed so smoothly. Mum passed away in Weybourne Care home on the 15th of December and notwithstanding that it was in the early hours of the morning your staff attended very promptly to take her to your Chapel of Rest and treated her with great respect. We appreciated your guidance on all the arrangements and paperwork. Thank you for making such a difficult time for us easier to bear and caring so much. We cannot praise you enough for your professional conduct, especially on the day of the funeral; you certainly went beyond the call of duty. As funerals go, we can look back with pride knowing Barbara had the best; thank you so very much for making her day special.

I just wanted to say how glad we were that we entrusted Mums funeral to you. We were so pleased with the way you handled everything. You were so kind, helpful and professional. Perry and his team were truly excellent on the day of the funeral. Steve Browning was the perfect choice and his service captured the essence of Mum. We were enormously proud of Mums send off and I know she would have been too. Thank you so much.

Thank you for the sensitive and efficient way sir Sydneys cremation was carried out on Friday. The way in which the process was done elicited many favourable comments from those attending. Also to say the over crowding was handled so well. Thank you

I did want to personally thank you for conducting Friday so beautifully. everything was perfect and as an older person I especially appreciated your courtesy and demeanour and at the same time organizing all the practical aspects so well. Many people said- "what a lovely funeral" "it was just him" etc... People have travelled from Birmingham, Bristol, derby as well as Kent and Sussex.
